I've already claimed one $25 ARB voucher, can I claim another voucher at a later stage?

No as per the Terms and Conditions of this promotion you are only able to claim one ARB voucher during the Claim Period.

I claimed my voucher and am trying to log back in the check my balance/account?

Once you claim your ARB voucher, your account is automatically closed. You can only claim up to the value of $150 once over the promotional period. If you have claimed but haven’t received your voucher head to the Australia Post website and include your tracking number provided in your confirmation e-mail.

My ARB voucher has not arrived via registered post after 13 business days, what do I do?

You can track the location of your ARB voucher by visiting the Australia Post website and include your tracking number provided in your confirmation e-mail.

Why do I need to keep a receipt?

You need to keep your receipt to verify your purchase in the case there is an issue with validating your unique codes.

Do I need to upload a copy of my receipt online?

No. You do not need to upload a copy of your receipt online. The Terms and Conditions of this promotion state that you must keep your receipt in case there is an issue with validating you unique codes.

Unique codes / emails

I bought more than 1 case in 1 transaction, can I upload multiple codes at the same time?

A limit applies of one (1) unique code per person per day, your unique codes will need to be entered on separate days.

Each voucher is valued at $25.00 you can claim up to a total amount of $150.00 worth of vouchers – that’s 6 unique codes.

No, you can claim up to $150.00 worth of ARB vouchers. You can only claim once during the promotion so make sure you collect up to the full $150.00 amount before you claim.
